Hi, courtesy of my hosts Mr & Mrs Kayode and Ayomide Ariwodola I not only got to visit but speak at a homeless Centre in Seattle, Washington USA. It was a surreal experience as you find in the middle of the American Dream, fine men and women who life and the devil have dealt a painful blow and looking into that hopelessness and homelessness tonight was painful and even more real than I had seen it in movies, television and documentaries.

I was a little shocked to know I will be speaking there some minutes before I arrived at the venue and I thought what will I say to these people but hearing and seeing things I realized our universal need of God through Jesus is the same from Abuja to Seattle and I simply spoke on the word God gave me for the new year “nevertheless!”
Its the same enemy wanting to destroy Gods image but adapts itself to the culture, throughout my trips I didn’t pray for journey mercies or plead the blood on the planes, rails & cars here in the US simply because accidents are not as common but doesn’t this enemy as we say back home need blood (let’s leave that for another day)
The devil adapts himself to our culture and is determined to destroy man made in the image of God, it’s doesn’t matter where you live but thank God the solution is the same everywhere too but we must adapt as the enemy has to deliver our selves and our brothers and sister and deliver Gods God news
Revelation 12:11 KJV:

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Its interesting to note Jesus didn’t as them to come to us in church as He told us to go to them, we must go using every means possible. This is one experience being and praying with these homeless folk that I won’t forget in a hurry that there is so much hopelessness out there.
God help me, not to take what you have done for me for granted!
